Don't worry if you struggle with any of these, our teachers our here to you with modifications to allow YOU to access poses in a way that suits YOUR body. Leaving you feel open, relaxed and renewed

BEGINNERS FORREST YOGA

With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform. Not suitable for beginners
ENERGY HEALING YOGA
Suitable for all levels, Energy Healing Yoga will help to wash away blocks in the physical and energy body. Breath techniques are incorporated throughout the practice, connecting to movements that open up meridian lines and release you deep into comforting relaxation. Vibrational layers of vocals, tones, and drums effortlessly shake away layers of dryness and stagnation as you receive a hands on energy treatment intended to clear and rebalance each Chakra.
