Not suitable for beginners. This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. Coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.

ENERGY HEALING YOGA

Wednesday 9-10:15

Suitable for all levels, Energy Healing Yoga will help to wash away blocks in the physical and energy body. Breath techniques are incorporated throughout the practice, connecting to movements that open up meridian lines and release you deep into comforting relaxation. Vibrational layers of vocals, tones, and drums effortlessly shake away layers of dryness and stagnation as you receive a hands on energy treatment intended to clear and rebalance each Chakra.
